I purchased my 2021 Toyota Tacoma sport at DCH Wappingers 2 weeks ago. I had originally gone to another dealer down the road to look at a Tacoma they had there and wasn’t in love with the shape of the vehicle. I googled Tacoma’s near me and found DCH to be close by. Immediately pulling into the parking lot I could see a bigger selection of preowned vehicles and they all looked well cared for. I found the 2 I loved and we seemed out a sales representative. Scott was an absolute gem of a salesman. He’s patient, knowledgeable and very upfront with the entire process and fees. The entire transaction was very transparent and pleasant. Rob is finance was equally transparent and knowledgeable in regards to the extended warranties. I was in and out of signing paperwork fairly quick.
