I had a good experience. The process was seamless. My current experience was much better than I had in the past. The only problem was my SUV's front glass and hood were not clean. They had fluid on them. I had to drive it through the car wash after.

The service tech never replaced the cap on my radiator when I had coolant services this month. This caused the car to overheat, the engine light to come on, and coolant was spewed under the hood and all over my engine! It had to be towed back to DCH for service. I personally met with the service manager Robert because the carelessness of his service techs could have resulted in my 2021 Highlander engine blowing. AND I also told him about the carelessness of techs for both of my last 2 services at DCH this year - which i had just taken care of myself (that was oil change and electrical issues on my 2025 highlander) Three times in a row! Two different vehicles! Am I just unlucky or have other customers had problems too? Rob explained that they busy and overbooked, but i dont care and wont accept that as an excuse. Robert apologized and offered 'a free oil change' which is of absolutely no value to me since I pay for lifelong oil servicing on both of my higlanderss. No other compensation was offered, even though I've been doing business here since I bought my first 2004 higlander there. They clearly don't value repeat customers. I will NEVER recommend DCH to anyone ever again.

Lack of technical knowledge. My hood would not lift due to a damaged latch. Body shop and regular repair shop both knew how to do it eith no worries. Body shop told me to save my money because its so simple. And they were not Toyota specialists. I just needed an oil change.

Judy was professional and courteous. Was there 1 1/2 hours which seemed long since I had an appointment

They were the best everything I wanted they found a way to make it happen. I was told it could take up to 3 monthe to get a van that had to be ordered ...I had keys in 3 1/2 weeks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only thing not done was the recall. Parts on back order Smooth and easy drop off and notification when ready.
