I had my regular service of my Toyota Corolla and my wife's Corolla. I Lauren Fusaro has been my service advisor for several years an she has given us exceptional customer service. Friendly and honest with recommendations about service issues. DCH has been an excellent dealership for us for over 30 years doing business and purchasing vehicles.
I asked them to clean the inside of my windows and they said no, and then I got a phone call while in the waiting room my car was done. Why didn't they come into the waiting room to get me? Informal. I also didn't know the way out and I asked the girl sitting closest to the door with purple hair and she didn't look up from what she was texting on her phone and said green button

I had an issue come up during a recall repair, but I was extremely happy with the way Toyota handled the situation. Sometimes unexpected issues happen, and to me, what matters most is how a business responds when they do. The service team was professional, communicative, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. They made sure I was taken care of and did everything they could to minimize the inconvenience. I would have appreciated if someone would have told me that whoever was helping me was going on a break or something. I was waiting for about 2 hr and my car was already done and parked but I had to go look for someone to help me so I could get my paperwork, pay and leave.
Everything proceeded smoothly, and I genuinely appreciate the technician who worked on my Tacoma. He was thorough and clarified both the issue with the truck and the source of the noise I noticed. I believe he went beyond expectations to demonstrate the repair and even drove me in my truck to confirm the fix. I truly value the technician.
4 Okay. The service I received was efficient. I needed a new 12 volt battery and the took me without a prior appointment. So maybe the experience was more of a 5 than a 4.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation, with an appointment. It took two and a half hours to complete. That was way too long of a wait considering I had an appointment.

We rated this experience as a low 2. We would've liked to have given a higher rating but after the service tech inspected the nail in the tire and determined that it was not 'patchable' due to the nail being in the 'sidewall' and it was clearly not. DCH, after buying our last couple of cars from you, still try to find ways to get us to spend money unnecessarily. As on the picture shown, the nail was embedded in the tread where the red circle is, clearly not in the sidewall area.

I had been contacted for a special offer to receive an oil change and set up the appointment. Upon arriving at my scheduled time the customer representative originally quoted me an oil change at about $120. I informed her of the special I was given and advised her to check uber my name or email to look it up but then she replied I’ll look into and we’ll figure it out. Not what a customer wants to hear. Very poor communications from Matt. You had my car for 11 business days, and he didn't call with progress as he promised. I had to keep leaving messages. When we picked the car up he wasn't there even though he said he would be (4pm, Tuesday). Great experience overall! My salesman, Joe, was very nice and took the time to help me find the perfect fit. He broke down the costs and explained all the charges. I waited over 2 hours for a tire replacement. My appointment was at 3:30. I got the oil change package and my first oil change I was there for almost 3 hours. I wish I didn't get the package cause I don't have that kind of time to wait around

Melissa was an absolute amazing and knowledgeable sales person. Our sale started April 15th and didn't get the car till September. She kept us apprised during that entire time. When we got the car she was excellent at showing us all the electronics in the car.
